How do I get on the LAUSD Parent Portal and WHY?
You need to register your email and create a password in the LAUSD Parent Portal in order to get a Daily Pass.

In order to receive updated information from your school and the district, go onto the Parent Portal (https://parentportal.lausd.net/) to make sure your information is up-to-date.
You will also be able to see your student's grades and attendance as well as be able to update your Emergency Contact Information.
You will also need this when you apply to magnet middle schools, affiliated charters, or other middle schools on eChoices.lausd.net.
To link your child to your account, you need to have his or her Student ID and your parent PIN associated with him or her.
